1. A Letter from the "MUNICIPALITY" where the event is being held 2. Requesting the help from the "Fire Police Task Force" 3. Contact information for the person in charge of the event. 4. All requests should be "SUBMITTED" to Luke Gerhart,5. Are we Covered by Insurance for the event?
